What is Leadership?
Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. It’s not about job titles, positions or roles. If your CSR is a positive influence on customers, they are demonstrating leadership. If your manager is a positive influence on their team, they are leading.
I have several different masterminds. From those inspired by John Maxwell books, like The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, to masterminds inspired by Jim Collins’s latest book, What to Make of a Life. The roots of positive influence are in all. That’s why I call all of my masterminds, Leadership Masterminds.
What is a Mastermind?
A mastermind is a group of like-minded people who are dedicated and motivated to make effective, lasting changes in their lives. My masterminds are either inspired by a book or based on a book.
Mastermind sessions meet for one hour per week. Sessions vary from four to ten weeks long. The meetings are confidential and run professionally, with respect for each participant’s privacy and time.
I am committed to delivering the best material to you within the allotted time, with the utmost professionalism. As we move through each lesson, we will bring together our ideas and opinions to shape our understanding of the material in a way that is far superior to simply reading a book on our own. We will combine our minds to become a mastermind.
