So I'm doing just that. Im looking for products, services and or experiences that can be improved upon. I'm looking for needs and what's not working for customers. Why are employees of certain stores happy to be there? Why are employee of other stores not happy that I am there?
I'm also making notes of products, services and experiences that I admire.
