In less than five seconds and one sentence Steve, the DHL guy assigned to our neighborhood, differentiated himself from the twenty-five years of UPS guys I've dealt with. His smile differentiated himself from the entire two hundred twenty nine year old organization that has evolved from horseback delivery. note: The cat pictured on the right hand side is an actor.
