I recently had a discussion with the Business Thoughts Blog on customer service. I went shopping yesterday and checked out goods twice. Two bad experiences. As this was local experience, ranting on a blog will only help to soothe my nerves and will not help to correct the problem at these two retail outlets.

Customer service? Or lack thereof.

That is an interesting read on US Cellular! I do believe our "voice" and the ability to reach others can have positive influence for change.
I'm sure all businesses weigh the complaints of the Customer Service departments on what are legit complaints (problem with the product, etc.) vs. those individuals that are never happy.
